Declining market Requirements have Changed

There have been some recent postings that 'DECLINING MARKET' requirements by Fannie Mae would require borrowers to put down an additional 5% in certain areas based on 'declining market' figures. It was annouced a short time ago that this requirement will no longer be necessary. It was discussed in the industry that decided that this would bring more problems to an already challenged industry and stigmatize available properties. The new policy will allow for borrowers to take out 95% loan to value loans on properties that have been earlier declared "declining markets" such as some areas of Albuquerque as well as Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This will obviously help those who need to buy with minimum down payments in areas that are still affordable. The new policy will take effect June 1st. Great places to retire and invest

With the real estate market now, you have lots to choose from for places to have a second home, or retire. While the Albuquerque market is my favorite there are other great places around the great US to settle down - just one idea came to me when I was having a discussion with one of my Cyberstar friends, Flynn Gentry-Taylor from Helen, Georgia. She told me there is a great place to invest in property in Innsbruck Resort & Golf Community, in Swiss Alpine Helen, Georgia. A great place to relocate, retire or invest. 90 minutes northeast of Atlanta. Great rental opportunities available to buy a home and make an income producing property as well as have a second home. I encourage you to check it out at - search for homes and information about the area. Contact Flynn today!
