"The myth that there is “NO MORTGAGE MONEY TO LEND” is false. There is still money available to those who have decent credit and the ability to put minimum down. There is still NMFA that will allow 1st time homebuyers to get into a home with 0 down....Investment properties will now need to be purchased with 20% down....The boat in New Mexico is still sailing where in other states the boat is the Titanic and the bow is in the water and the rats have left the ship!"
